If a purchase is an incorrect size, Minus18 will exchange the product for an alternate size once the original purchase has been returned in an undamaged state to Minus18. The customer is required to cover the postage costs for return and redilvery.
This policy is in line with VIC Fair Trading Laws. Please note we will not refund items based on change of mind. If the product is faulty we will gladly exchange for the same product in working order.
If a product is bought for the intention of a gift we will not refund the product unless the product is faulty.
In the case that the product is faulty or damaged, Minus18 will cover the postage costs for return and re-delivery of the replacement product.
