Brand & Strategic Partnerships

For over a decade, Tony (he/him) has led marketing and digital teams for some of Melbourne's most respected creative agencies and consultancies.  He has extensive experience working in the not-for-profit, government and commercial sectors and currently side-hustles as a part-time lecturer at RMIT specialising in fashion branding. 

Growing up as a refugee in Australia, Tony has had first-hand experience of feeling singled out and standing out in schools, communities and workplaces that are under-represented by QTIPOC. His experiences and empathy have fortified his resolve to help other marginalised people to develop the skills and confidence to grow into the very best version of themselves. 

Tony proudly joins Minus18 as head of brand and strategic partnerships; forming mutually-beneficial bonds between like-minded people and organisations that support LGBTIQ youth.

Recently married (YES!) - Tony enjoys cooking, art, film, photography, yoga, travelling and spending time with his husband and equally-adorable pet puggles.
