Maya (she/her) joined the Minus18 board in 2022, and is passionate about sustainability, growth and transparent governance. Maya brings over a decade of experience from academia, industry, start-ups and consulting to guide Minus 18 in its post-COVID journey.

Outside Minus 18, she is a management consultant with a focus on operations and strategy. In her free time, she is an advocate for bottom-up climate action and an occasional writer of short stories.
