Nix (they/them) is a queer, trans non-binary presenter and is proud to be a part of Minus18, champions for LGBTQIA+ youth.

As a member of the Education team, Nix delivers allyship education to schools, workplaces and local communities. They also run Queer Youth Empowerment workshops for LGBTQIA+ students and Pride Groups.

With a background in theatre in education, Nix is passionate about working with young people. Assembly halls and classrooms are among their favourite places to visit, having spent most of their professional life touring schools across Australia.

Outside of workshops, Nix’s great love is Shakespeare. Beware: once you get them talking about iambic pentameter they will not stop!
