Olly (they/them) is a passionate queer, non-binary person who grew up in the Yarra Ranges on Wurrundjeri Country. After graduating from the Minus18 Young Leaders Program in 2022, they are now a member of Minus18 team as an eCommerce Customer Service Assistant.

With a passion for connecting with community, Olly brings their empathy, previous customer service experience and overall excitement about visibility merchandise to the team. You can often find Olly volunteering with young people in the LGBTQIA+ space, sharing their experiences and knowledge with the wider community and furthering their study in youth work.

In their spare time, Olly LOVES adventuring with their doggo Titan, swinging from the trapeze at the circus, hanging out with friends and relaxing at home with a good book and cup of tea.
