Erin (she/her) is the General Manager of National Programs, championing Minus18's front-facing programs and mission to support LGBTQIA+ youth. Erin came on board in 2024 and leads the teams that deliver Minus18's youth programs & events, education and youth safety.

Erin has worked extensively in youth engagement, from the direct delivery of nationwide programs to strategy and leadership in youth-driven organisations. With a background in management, business and social impact, Erin brings a breadth of experience that supports our teams to deliver high-impact programs. Her passion is for LGBTQIA+ young people to be safe, affirmed and experience joy in who they are.

Outside of work, Erin loves time at the beach with her four kids, partner and two dogs!
