Meet Jaxom (he/him), a personable, adventurous soul hailing from the wild landscapes of regional Western Australia. His commitment to social equity isn't just a passion – it's deeply rooted in his own journey as a young queer person navigating life's twists and turns.

Fuelled by an intrinsic desire for sustainable change, Jax channels his drive and energy into supporting equity groups through positive actions and allyship. To aid his mission, Jax brings a diverse professional background spanning project management, finance, and program evaluation.

By day, Jax leads the team behind Minus18's life-affirming events, as well as coordinating and delivering the Young Leaders Program and its Alumni network. When the sun sets, you'll find him immersed in the vibrant rhythms of music gigs or soaring through the skies on spontaneous adventures.
