Shaam (he/him) is Minus18’s Bookings Coordinator for Corporate Sales, working with corporate clients to improve their workplaces and services for LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

With over a decade of experience working at not-for-profits, Shaam is deeply passionate about improving the lives of LGBTQIA+ young people in Australia. As a person of colour, migrant, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Shaam strives to bring his lived experience and knowledge to his work.

At all times, Shaam aims to understand where organisations and businesses are in their LGBTQIA+ inclusion journey and work collaboratively to support their diverse and unique LGBTQIA+ inclusion goals, through training and awareness building.

Aside from work, Shaam loves cooking for his friends, loves his cats and loves a home-made cocktail.
