Orders are usually shipped within two business days. Any express orders placed before 11am are usually shipped the same day.

We understand that discretion can be a really important thing for a lot of our customers, especially young people.

Because of this, you can now select to receive your parcel as a "discreet package" - Just click "discreet packaging" shipping option at the checkout. In this instance, we'll send your items in Auspost packaging and handwrite your name and address. This would allow us to leave the sender's details blank so that there is nothing on the external packaging to indicate the parcel was sent by Minus18.

If paying by invoice, you will receive an invoice with details for bank transfer or credit card payment within the next business day.

We do not currently offer Paypal.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, team safety, and team capacity, we do not currently offer Click and Collect from our office at the Victorian Pride Centre.
