Puneet (he/him) joined the Minus18 Board in 2026, contributing more than ten years of expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and risk management. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the current Head of Accounting at LUNA, he oversees financial frameworks and strategic capital allocation for private market and venture capital investors.

In addition to his financial career, Puneet earned a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from RMIT University. He is deeply committed to empowering the next generation, frequently mentoring young professionals and students. His community involvement includes supporting entrepreneurship initiatives at Monash University and advocating for a more inclusive and diverse investment environment in Australia. By merging his professional proficiency with a dedication to social impact, Puneet serves as a passionate advocate for Minus18’s mission to support LGBTQIA+ youth nationwide.
