Vicki Thomson-Cook (she/her) joined the Minus18 Board in 2026. Having seen first-hand the lifelong impact that feeling isolated can have on queer young people and those around them, Vicki is passionate about contributing to Minus18 as they create environments where LGBTQIA+ young people feel safe and connected, today and in the future. Vicki is part of a two-mum family and has two children.

Outside of Minus18, Vicki is a senior finance leader and qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience across consumer-facing organisations in Australia and the UK. She brings expertise in financial and commercial strategy, governance, transformation and driving sustainable growth.
