Michelle (she/her) is an outgoing and proud queer person of colour who is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Bringing over 10 years of experience working in major events within concert venues, stadiums and festivals around Melbourne, they are excited to join the Minus18 team and use their passion in efficiency, sustainability, accessibility and safety to help create safe and inclusive spaces for our queer community.

"Safety is my #1 event" is a motto that Mish lives by.

When not working on an event or show, Mish is usually found on a footy oval in the forward pocket kicking points, sauntering a market or cuddling her dog.
